There is a SFR on the property with a garage, a bunkhouse and another shed. The house is in need or repair. It looks like rooms kept being added on as they had more children, not sure. It is a beautiful piece of property with a pond on it and huge trees around the tank. The house probably needs to to be demolished and a new home put on it. The owner will retain the mineral rights. This property is in probate and I have the court documents showing the orders to sell the property.
